Store Policies

I chose USPS first class shipping and my package was lost/stolen/damaged!

Route shipping insurance is available for all purchases at checkout. If a customer chooses Route shipping Insurance their purchase will be protected in case lost/stolen/damaged. If USPS first class shipping was selected and Route shipping insurance was NOT purchased the customer takes on the responsibility and WILL NOT be reimbursed if package is lost/stolen/damaged. If USPS priority shipping was selected and Route shipping insurance was NOT purchased the customer will ONLY have a $50 insurance coverage and will need to file a claim through USPS directly.

Why do my earrings look different from one another?

Earrings made of birch wood are subject to texture imperfections. Earrings within a pair may not look exactly alike becuase no two things ever do!

Are the earring findings made of nickel?

No. All earring findings are hypoalergenic. made of brass and silver or gold plated.

Will my information be shared?

Your privacy and safety are our biggest concern. At no point is your personal information sold or shared to any outside company or organization whether online or via social media.

Do you process refunds or exchanges?

Refunds are processed once return items have been received. Return addressed mailers will not be provided and postage will not be compensated.

Exchanges will not be processed for damaged items.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Order processing takes five to seven days. Once the order has been fulfilled USPS first class shipping is estimated at three days. 

I love this earring but it is out of stock! When will you restock this item?

To keep the store fresh and ever changing we will not immediately restock items. It is our desire to have brand new inventory every quarter to keep your jewelry boxes overflowing with dope-ness. While popular earrings will evetually be restocked, there is no time-line on when.

I'd like to get my business logo made into earrings. Do you make custom?

Custom orders are no longer being processed.

I'd like to carry "The Bar" in my store. Do you do Wholesale or consignment?
